“Mitch came out on a Sunday afternoon when our unit had stopped blowing cold. He was polite, helpful and happy to show me what he was working on and what I might try to do in the future if my problem recurred. I was very pleased with his service. The price was a bit higher since it was a weekend and in overtime- but overall it wasn't unreasonable and I am happy with the service I received.
