Response from the owner:Hi Josie, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation caused, especially during such a severe ice storm. We understand how stressful it is to be without heat. Due to hazardous road conditions early in the week, we weren’t able to safely access many homes until Wednesday. Once roads improved, your home was prioritized and visited promptly. Our technician diagnosed the issue and confirmed the failure with the manufacturer’s technical support before ordering the control board. When the part arrived and was installed, it unfortunately became clear that a different control board was required, something that can occasionally happen with complex manufacturer-controlled systems. As soon as this was identified, we immediately reordered the correct part and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We genuinely regret the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during an unusually difficult weather event.
